Running a hotel or resort smoothly is no mean feat – our back-of-house teams work tirelessly to ensure there is no compromise in guest areas. Housekeeping, engineering, kitchen and other operations are the backbone of the hospitality industry.
As proud members of the FHRAI (Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India), GRT Hotels & Resorts have played an active role in the federation’s activities.
The FHRAI Awards have been instituted to encourage and recognise entrepreneurial leadership, individual professional excellence, and exemplary initiatives to promote environmental sustainability in the hospitality industry.
