Easy red snapper recipe – DIY

In this super easy DIY recipe, we’re combining the fantastic red snapper which is a lean source of protein and super rich in vitamin A, omega-3 fatty acids, potassium and selenium, a bunch of herbs and seasonings, and the delicate flavours of Himalayan Pink Salt.

Start with marinating your fish, proceed to grill it, serve it on a beautiful block of salt, and voila! A simple, easy, healthy meal. Pair it with some steamed rice or veggies, a fresh salad, and your favourite wine.
